Process Overview

Our Interlocking Process

1

Excavation

The area where the interlocking will be installed is excavated, removing any existing materials or vegetation.
2

Base Preparation

We add compacting layers of stone and gravel for longevity.
3

Edge Restraints

Edge restraints are installed along the perimeter of the area to prevent shifting.
4

Sand Bedding

A layer of sand is spread over the compacted base for leveling.
5

Installation of Interlocking

The interlocking stones are carefully placed on top of the sand bedding to the desired pattern or design.
6

Cutting and Finishing

The interlocking units are cut to fit the edges. Additional sand is spread over the surface to stabilize the interlocking.
7

Compaction

A compactor is used to firmly press the pavers or bricks into the sand and ensure a solid surface.
